Winners at Avoca Doubles

The Annual Pyrenees Open and Women's Doubles Tournament - in its 25th year - saw Patrick Dufresne and Nicolas Demunck win the Open section and June Hunter and Rhonda Shears win the Women's section. Nearly 40 teams participated with the weather being perfect.

Australia Wins Trans Tasman

Great result with a win in the Open and Seniors on same weekend for the 1st time since 2007 Newcastle Pétanque Club as a host was fantastic, weather finally turned nice on Sunday. Magnificent performance from Australian team players Open winning with 2 rounds to go. Seniors edging ahead in round 9 out of 10 rounds. Annick Masson received the best player award in the Open division with 9 wins out of 10 games stunning performance. National Titles at Easter
